Accounting Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting operations of the dealership/service center, including AR, AP, billing, collections, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor vehicle sales, service, parts, warranty, and other automotive-related transactions and ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
• Review and approve invoices, payments, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Billing, and Management to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounting team while maintaining strong internal controls and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably a CPA or with strong experience in accounting management.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Automotive dealership, luxury vehicle, service center, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential financial information.

Pay: Php44,400.00 - Php48,800.00 per month
