Primary Responsibilities:

The Primary Responsibilities of an Accounting Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to achieve organizational goals. Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and support as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning to support company goals and decision-making.
• Manage account reconciliations, cost accounting, and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal policies, and financial controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings and accounting-related concerns.
• Utilize SAP and financial management systems to maintain accurate records and improve accounting processes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while ensuring productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, automotive background is an edge
• Proficiency in SAP and financial management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Expertise in accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial planning
• Knowledge of cost accounting and reconciliations

Working Pattern and Location:

Hiring Date: September - October 2026

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines (beside a gas station)
