What they need
Property Management Company is seeking full time Accounting Manager. Pay range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience. Property Management experience is required. Property Management Accounting Software Experience Required. CINC experience preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements in compliance with GAAP
* Work with CPA for year end financial reviews and audits
* Bank Reconciliation
* Budget Management
* General Ledger Oversight including journal entries
* Ensure all Federal State and Local financial regulations are completed
* Help with tax preparation
* Oversee Accounting Software
Requirements:
* Advanced command of computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Great phone etiquette
* Good customer communication
* Familiar with Property Management Accounting Software
Job Type: Part-time
