This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader. They are seeking to hire an Accounting Manager to lead a team of 4-5.

Duties for the Accounting Manager role:

• Lead a team of 4-5 in performing monthly financial close functions through preparation of the financial statements and reporting package
• Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
• Monthly narrative analysis of significant financial variances to budget and forecast
• Monthly completion of a three-month financial forecast
• Effective ongoing communication of financial related information to business counterparts
• Planning and participating in the annual financial budget process
• Providing training to non-financial personnel on internal control compliance, accounting procedures and financial statement review
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements for the Accounting Manager role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive, relevant experience
• A proven track record of supervising
