📌 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

🔹 Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

🔹 Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.

🔹 Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

🔹 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and UAE VAT requirements.

🔹 Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.

🔹 Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.

🔹 Review financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions when required.

🔹 Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

🔹 Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members to achieve departmental objectives.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ 6+ years of accounting experience, including management or supervisory responsibilities.

✅ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and internal controls.

✅ Familiarity with IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.

✅ Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

✅ UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
