Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily accounting operations and month-end closing.

• Oversee financial reporting, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor retail sales, inventory, shrinkage, and write-offs.
• Ensure BIR and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a CPA.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or multi-store operations.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
