Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong experience in AR, AP, Finance, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to independently close monthly and annual accounts.
• Hands-on experience in tax planning and tax compliance.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations for a fast-growing restaurant group with over 20 restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Tax Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting and finance functions.
• Oversee AR, AP, cash flow, and financial operations.
• Lead monthly and annual financial closing and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies suitable for a multi-branch restaurant business.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while improving internal controls and processes.
