Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting function for a rapidly growing business. This leadership opportunity offers visibility across the organization and the ability to influence financial processes that support future growth.

The successful candidate will lead accounting operations, mentor team members, enhance internal controls, and provide financial insight to executive leadership. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building processes and developing talent.

What You'll Do:

• Direct daily accounting operations and supervise accounting personnel.
• Lead the monthly financial close process and review key deliverables.
• Review financial statements and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures.
• Coordinate annual audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• CPA preferred but not required.
