Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and lead our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions (including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll), enforcing internal controls, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a proven track record of optimizing accounting processes.

• Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff; delegate tasks and foster professional growth.

• Financial Operations: Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, cash management, and payroll processing.

• Month-End & Year-End Close: Ensure accurate, timely completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support executive decision-making.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, monitor budget variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP / IFRS standards. Coordinate internal and external audit schedules and requests.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing accounting policies, systems, and internal controls to minimize risk and maximize operational efficiency

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of [5+] years of progressive accounting experience.

• At least [2-3] years in a supervisory or management role.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
