What they need
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or building materials
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting
- Experience in inventory and manufacturing cost accounting is an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and reconciliations
- Monitor inventory, costing, receivables, and payables
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the Accounting Team
- Provide management with accurate financial analysis and reports
