Accounting Manager

Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing management reporting, general accounting, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance, and audit requirements to ensure accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end closing process and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Prepare and present management reports, financial analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and analyze profit centers, cost centers, profitability reports, and outstanding accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual reports.
• Oversee tax computations, BIR compliance, tax reconciliations, and tax return filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements and support BIR audits.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Perform other accounting, reporting, and tax-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance course; CPA license preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in general accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost/profit center analysis.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine tax regulations, BIR reporting requirements, and audit processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
