Accounting Manager

About the role

Lead and oversee the entire accounting process of the company, including bookkeeping, general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure tax compliance (PPh, PPN, SPT Masa and Annual) and coordinate with tax consultants and auditors. Develop budgets, variance analysis, and financial analysis reports for management. Manage inventory, fixed assets, and cost of goods sold calculations. Build and maintain internal control systems and improve accounting procedures. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/manager position
• Proficient in PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
• Skilled in using accounting software/ERP (such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and good leadership abilities
• Able to work under tight deadlines and communicate well
• Experience in trade/retail/manufacturing industry is an added value
• Tax Brevet certification, CA, or CPA is an added value
