What they need
Education. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy. With a strong preference for audit firm training. CMA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience. Deep IFRS reporting experience; strong Excel and ERP system experience; system implementation experience a plus; at least three (3) to four (4) years of work experience in a group of companies setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaborate closely with team members; communicate clearly with internal & external audiences; proactive; keen on details and highly analytical; ability to multitask and likes challenges.
