Accounting Manager

Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing manufacturing client on a new Accounting Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background consolidating financials in a multi-entity environment, experience overseeing staff, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the financial consolidation process for a group of entities.
• Build financial reports.
• Oversee accounting staff members.
• Support SEC reporting.
• Support month-end-close process.
• Complete reconciliations as needed.
• Work cross functionally.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor degree.
• Staff management experience.
• Multi-entity accounting environments experience.
• SEC Reporting support.
• Process improvement mindset.
