Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end sales accounting (retail, wholesale, intercompany), ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with TFRS and company policies
• Manage dealer accounting and AR, including credit control, collections, reconciliation, and issue resolution with Sales
• Oversee AP for sales and marketing activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and compliance with VAT/WHT.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Manage inventory accounting, including inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, costing, and inventory adjustments.
• Control sales-related expenses, incentives, accruals, and provisions, including variance analysis against budget
• Prepare and analyze sales P&L, revenue, and profitability; deliver reports to management and HQ
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
• Strengthen internal controls over Order-to-Cash process, manage risks, and drive process improvements aligned with ERP systems
• Lead the team and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT, and HQ Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in the Automotive, FMCG, Trading, or related industries.
• CPD certification is a must
• Strong experience in Sales Accounting, Dealer Accounting, or Automotive industry
• Good command in English (Chinese is a plus)
