Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior/Manager/Head of Accounting to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. This position responsibility includes establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information and ensuring organizational financial stability. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting and budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.
• Supporting and managing the month-end closing process, ensuring all P/L, B/S and Statement of cash flow  are properly recorded, review/post journal entries, prepare account balance reconciliation.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness of team members over the accounting process and GL activities.
• Review and prepare journal entry and account reconciliation and provide the variance analysis.
• Prepare accounting matrices to assist management decision making.
• Assisting in annual budgeting by coordinating with various departments to get the required information.
• Clarify the local tax to prevent the business risk. Ensure submit the tax and document to the government on time.
• Participating in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes to improve system efficiencies and control
• Ensure team member working under good environment and prepare career development for each individual

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master degree major in Accounting.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in full-set accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Active CPD license is required (CPA license or Big 4 / Audit background is strongly preferred).
• Strong end-to-end management of accounting operations, from daily transaction capture and internal control to period-end closing and financial statements.
• Proven experience in full-set account closure (master book/consolidated general ledger) and annual statutory audit management.
• Direct experience or key involvement in IPO preparation, including successfully restructuring accounting workflows, refining internal controls, and ensuring readiness for public market compliance.
• In-Depth  knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TAS/TFRS for PAE), Thai Corporate Laws, BOI privileges, and Tax Regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and SAP systems.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication skills and people management skills.
