▶ Key Accountabilities &KPI

[Manage CapEx & Lease Accounting]

• Manage month-end closing activities for Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting and Prepaid Expenses

• Ensure accurate accounting, reporting and reconciliation of CapEx and Lease transactions

• Provide accounting guidance and support for asset investments and lease-related matters

• Coordinate physical asset verification and impairment assessment activities across production and commercial sites

[Support External/Internal Audit & Compliance]

• Support external, statutory and internal audits related to Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting

• Execute Minimum Internal Control Standards and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Support tax and compliance activities related to assigned accounting areas

[Others]

• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives

• Lead or participate in accounting projects and system enhancement activities

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

▶ Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting

• Understanding of IFRS and internal control framework

• Experience supporting internal and external audits

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills

• Business proficient verbal and written English

• 5~7+ years of working experiences in accounting, finance or related areas
