Accounting Manager

Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

At present, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team in Kartal,İstanbul

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum 13 years of accounting experience (preferably in multinational companies)
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA/SMMM) license holder
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/UFRS applications
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Experience with Canias ERP system
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Managing accounting processes of international subsidiaries in accordance with local regulations and uniform chart of accounts
• Executing month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Overseeing tax planning and preparation of tax declarations
• Supervising VAT refund processes
• Managing e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive operations
• Conducting budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial evaluations
• Preparing statutory financial statements and reporting to senior management
• Coordinating independent audit processes
• Leading, guiding, and developing the accounting team
