Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and month-end closing process.

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports accurately and timely.

• Monitor accounting transactions from stores, including sales, payment, refund, discount, and reconciliation.

• Oversee inventory, COGS, stock adjustment, and inventory reconciliation.

• Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and other balance sheet accounts.

• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.

• Analyze financial performance, including sales, gross profit, expenses, and store profitability.

• Improve accounting processes, controls, and system efficiency.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or multi-outlet business is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, inventory, COGS, and reconciliation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with tight deadlines.
