About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure robust internal controls and compliance with statutory and tax regulations, and deliver accurate financial reports to support executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Supervise accounting day-to-day operation and responsible for all aspects of financial accounting including GL, monthly closing, financial reporting, Auditing and implementing accounting process and systems to be compliance with general tax, statutory requirements and other related laws and regulations
• Improve accounting process and systems to ensure accurate recording and efficient control
• Monitor cash flows, cash management and bank facilities to ensure cash resources are available for business
• Set and prepare financial budgets for board approval
• Deliver accurate financial statements and management reports on time
• Anticipate and control financial performance to achieve budgets and prepare forecast
• Ensure legal compliance and promote internal control
• Manage company audits including audits from internal, external auditors and revenue department
• Effectively manage relationships with board of director, internal and external auditors, banks and revenue department

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• At least 10 years of Accounting experience and 3 years in manager level
• Hand-on with good leadership and management skills
• Effective communication in Thai and Business level in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and people management
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, professional manner and excellent communication
