Accounting Manager

About the role

This is a senior accounting and finance leadership position responsible for overseeing full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role involves analyzing P&L, manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and variances to identify key business issues and provide actionable recommendations to management. You will lead cash flow planning, working capital management, AR collection, AP and inventory control, while monitoring cash flow risks and optimizing cash utilization. The position includes oversight of tax compliance, tax planning, and BOI privileges management. You will coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and relevant authorities to ensure audit and tax issues are properly resolved. As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insights for budgeting, forecasting, investment, pricing, cost reduction, and business strategy. The role requires leading and developing the Accounting & Finance team and working closely with Chinese management, shareholders, and China finance teams to ensure effective communication, reporting, and alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Analyze P&L, manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and variances
• Identify key business issues and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Lead cash flow planning, working capital management, AR collection, AP and inventory control
• Monitor cash flow risks and optimize cash utilization
• Oversee tax compliance and tax planning
• Manage BOI privileges, compliance and related accounting and tax matters
• Lead coordination with external auditors, internal auditors, Revenue Department, and relevant authorities
• Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• 8–12+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior management role
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics, PCB, automotive parts, semiconductor, or other high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong experience in cost accounting and manufacturing costing
• Experience working with multinational companies or Thai–Chinese manufacturing organizations is highly preferred
• Experience working directly with CFO and cross-functional teams
• Strong personality and professional confidence with ability to communicate directly with management and other departments
• Able to make decisions based on facts and financial and business impact
• Able to identify root causes and develop practical solutions
• Willing to get into details when necessary and able to coach and develop a small accounting and finance team
