Accounting Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of the funding program and all financial transactions entered into by C. F. Sharp Crew Management, Inc.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures the appropriate execution of financial operations.

2. Ensures implementation and compliance with the company policies and procedures.

3. Manages and ascertains accuracy of daily cash position, vouchers and checks prepared by the Finance Department.

4. Monitors incoming funds and prepares daily funding cash requirement.

5. Monitors loans and prepare loan and interest payment request.

6. Ensures financial transactions are properly booked in the accounting system.

7. Identifies all transactions in the company’s bank accounts.

8. Maintains corporate relationship with bankers on the day to day cash and account management.

9. Ascertain compliance with the banking requirements.

10.Produces necessary reports for Accounting Managers and top management.

11.Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, guidance and staff development.

12.Interviews and selects unit employees; plans and evaluates employees performance.

13. Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Manager or by authorized top management.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education : College graduate with a degree Accountancy and a Certified

Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience : At least three (3) years of work experience in a related task

and in a managerial position

Other Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skill.

Ability to relate to people at all levels of organization.

Ability to work and deal with people of different nationalities

and culture.

Good public relation skills.

Computer literate
