The Role in a Nutshell

You will oversee our accounting team, ensuring every transaction is precise and every report is compliant. You aren't just "keeping the books"—you are providing the financial intelligence that supports our company’s strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Fund Management: Oversee company funds and review daily Cash Position reports to ensure liquidity.
• Financial Oversight: Review monthly bank reconciliations and monitor AR/AP transactions with an eagle eye.
• Payroll & Forex: Administer employee payroll and strategically coordinate foreign currency purchases.
• Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly and annual trial balances, income statements, and maintain impeccable general journals/ledgers.
• Tax & Audit Leadership: Lead tax compliance filings, coordinate with revenue officers, and manage the annual FS audit with external auditors.
• System Integrity: Ensure all data within SAP is diligent, accurate, and up to date.

Who We Are Looking For

• Credentials: You are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar leadership role or 5 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP accounting software is highly preferred.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Mindset: You possess a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team under pressure.
