Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. This role requires a strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and financial processes, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Ensure timely filing and submission of BIR requirements (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Handle local and national government compliance, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Oversee billing, collections, client invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Implement and maintain strong accounting controls and processes.

About you

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, creative, digital media, or other service-related industries
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Strong knowledge of BIR tax filings and compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of government statutory contributions and regulatory submissions
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
