Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager II reports to the Global Controller, with a dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer, and is the senior-most accounting management role below the Controller. The position is scoped as a development role toward an Assistant Controller role; the development track describes the Company’s development intent and is not a guarantee of promotion. The role owns day-to-day accounting operations for a NASDAQ-listed technology company with operations in Redmond, WA; Munich; Shanghai; Mankato, MN; and San Jose, CA, and is accountable for the integrity of the general ledger and the close cycle, SEC reporting and SOX internal controls, the AP and AR functions, and the accounting workstream of ERP implementation and acquisition integration, operating as a hands-on player-coach in a lean finance organization.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
