Accounting Manager

• Lead and oversee the company's accounting operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Lead tax planning and ensure timely tax compliance Recommend improvements to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and outsourced service providers
• Collaborate with different departments to strengthen financial processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting team

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Accounting Supervisor
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including people management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
