Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Review financial data for accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate external audits and act as the liaison with auditors to ensure compliance.
• Implement new accounting standards and regulatory requirements as needed.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior accounting staff.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
