Qualifications:

• Based in Phuket, with flexibility to travel to Phi Phi Island as required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance Department, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, and internal controls.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Good command of English.
