Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Develop tax strategies and oversee tax compliance.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Manage month-end close and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance through audits and coordination with external auditors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting providers and external stakeholders on finance projects.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 4 years of experience as a Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in people management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
