Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Manager based in Pasig. The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage budgets, perform financial reporting, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also involves providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring the integrity of accounting processes and adherence to local and international financial regulations. The candidate may also mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong skills in Finance and Budgeting
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• With basic HR knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage
• Relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing, technology, or semiconductor industries
