Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will independently manage accounting activities, ensure financial accuracy, and provide management with clear insights into the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support financial management.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable US accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Provide timely financial reports and insights to management.
