Accounting Manager

responsible for leading daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable , payroll , financial reporting , and month-end close .

Key duties include maintaining accurate financial records , strengthening internal controls , supporting audits , ensuring compliance , and monitoring cash flow .

Provide financial analysis and recommend process improvements in collaboration with leadership and the CFO.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll processing, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with month-end close and reconciliation practices
• Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of internal controls and accounting accuracy
• Analytical mindset with ability to improve processes
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate effectively
