What they need
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, lebih disukai memiliki sertifikasi profesional (Brevet A & B/CPA menjadi nilai tambah).
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Accounting, dengan minimal 3 tahun pada level Supervisor, Assistant Manager, atau Manager, diutamakan di perusahaan manufaktur.
- Memahami siklus akuntansi secara menyeluruh, mulai dari pencatatan transaksi, General Ledger, rekonsiliasi, hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan sesuai PSAK.
- Menguasai Cost Accounting, perhitungan Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Work in Process (WIP), inventory valuation, serta analisis biaya produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyusunan budgeting, forecasting, analisis varians, cash flow, serta pengendalian biaya perusahaan.
- Memahami peraturan perpajakan Indonesia, termasuk PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, Coretax, serta pelaporan pajak sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Memahami proses audit internal maupun eksternal serta mampu mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem Internal Control yang efektif.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut (Pivot Table, Lookup, Formula) serta sistem ERP seperti SAP, Odoo, Accurate, atau software akuntansi sejenis.
