ACCOUNTING MANAGER (CPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Accounting team and daily accounting operations
• Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, AP/AR, and cash flow
• Ensure timely BIR, SEC, and other regulatory compliance
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management
• Mentor and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

• CPA license is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with managerial/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and taxation
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
