Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement tax strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Manage month-end closing and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic financial recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance through audits and coordination with external auditors.
• Work closely with internal departments and external accounting partners on finance-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, including people management.
• At least 2 years as an Accounting Manager and 4 years as a Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Required)
• Accounting Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Accounting Supervisor: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Required)
