Accounting Manager (CPD)

This position is responsible for overseeing the General Accounting, Process Improvement, Costing, Accounting including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Asset control, Tax privilege, Tax planning and providing accounting and financial reports in compliance with all tax law and regulations.

Job Description;

• Pro-actively lead the identification and proposal of potential improvement initiatives for all accounting functions.
• Oversight and management of the general accounting function which includes all aspects of financial reporting including Revenue/Accounts Receivable, COGS/Inventory, Operating Expenses/Accounts Payable and Asset Control.
• Oversee and ensure efficient and timely month-end, quarterly and year-end close process which includes balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to collect and share data to assist in presenting complete and accurate financial records.
• Develop and coach team members, responsible for supervision of team of accountants: assign work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assess performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual external audit are carried out and complied by law.
• Liaise with management and prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

Job Qualification;

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
• Have CPD certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably from Big 4 public accounting and/or retail business.
• Experienced in ERP-SAP with related module of finance and accounting perspective.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
• Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams with excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, Thai and Tax law, regulation and TFRS (Thai Financial Reporting Standard).
• Well organized and capable of managing multiple projects in dynamic fast-paced environment.
