Accounting Manager - E-Commerce

Our client is a fast-growing company specializing in cross-border E-Commerce between China and Thailand, distributing a wide range of consumer products, including IT products, consumer goods, home appliances, office supplies, furniture, and various lifestyle products.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, supervise the accounting team, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Review accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and present financial reports to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities, including the Revenue Department and Department of Business Development (DBD).
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PP.30, PP.36, and other statutory reports.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems (ERP / PEAK) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to accounting team members.
• Analyze financial performance, costs, revenues, and expenses to support management decisions.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or equivalent supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems and/or PEAK Accounting Software.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid CPD (Continuing Professional Development) License is highly preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage (language allowance provided).

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week).
Working Hours: As assigned by the company.
