Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting: Record and calculate Indonesian business financial data in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAKI); prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

2. Tax Administration: Comply with all Indonesian tax regulations to ensure full tax compliance of the company.

3. Fund Management: Monitor capital flows in Indonesia, allocate funds efficiently to guarantee capital security; conduct foreign exchange conversion and risk management to mitigate exchange rate losses.

4. Audit & Internal Control: Support external auditors by providing financial documents; establish internal control systems to prevent financial risks and fraud.

5. Financial Coordination: Maintain sound relations with local tax offices, banks and financial institutions; collaborate with headquarters and internal departments for smooth information transmission.

6. Financial Filing: Properly retain accounting vouchers, ledgers, statements and financial documents for complete record-keeping.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; CET-6 English proficiency; fluent in Chinese reading and writing.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in finance; candidates with Indonesian manufacturing experience are preferred.

3. Solid professional accounting knowledge; able to quickly master Indonesian financial, accounting and tax laws.

4. Strong communication & coordination skills, high sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
