Theatre Projects is looking for a full-time Accounting Manager with strong experience in accounting and billing for a professional design or engineering services firm. The Accounting Manager is responsible, in coordination with the Controller, for all project-based accounting, and acts as coverage for the Controller as needed. In addition, this role will provide dedicated project accounting and organizational support to a Principal Project Manager for a key corporate client (NDA).

The right person for our team has a detailed understanding of corporate accounting and is very familiar with project-based accounting and the percentage-of-completion method of revenue recognition. Prior experience with an ERP database (we use Deltek Vantagepoint) is key. Knowledge of GAPP and familiarity with the Concur software platform are valued for this position.

This full-time, hybrid position will be located in our New England office in South Norwalk, CT: two days/week in office, three days/week work-from-home.

Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
