Accounting Manager - Property Development & Construction Division

In the Property Development & Construction Division, due to our rapid business expansion, JSK Group of Companies is looking for dedicated and competent personnel to join our Management team.

Exposure to the accounting in the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Based in JSK Corporate Office in Lintas.
• Responsible for the Accounting - Property Development & Construction section under your charge.
• Responsible to provide all aspects of Accounting support to the Property Development & Construction section under your charge. This will include but is not limited to core areas such as statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and any related Property Development & Construction accounting initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in Accounts, Finance, and/or equivalent - MIA, ACCA, CPA.
• Exposure to the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be IT / ISO literate.
