Accounting Manager (Retail)

Position Description:

• Lead and manage core finance functions including budgeting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and compliance.
• Oversee and actively support HR-related operations such as payroll processing, manpower administration, and coordination with HR teams.
• Act as a key liaison for IT matters (systems access, payroll tools, admin systems) and ensure operational continuity.
• Supervise order processing, vendor management, invoicing, and administrative controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and approve operational outputs while remaining involved in execution when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Senior finance capability with a strong hands-on mindset
• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Indonesia with minimum GPA of 3.5
• Experience in a Big Four firm is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Cross-functional exposure (Finance, HR, IT, Operations)
• Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused
