Accounting Manager（Chinese Speaking）

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end finance and accounting for vehicle-sales business, including retail, wholesale to dealers, dealer incentives and all sales-related expenses. Ensure accurate accounting, proper revenue recognition and tax compliance under local accounting standards and group policies. Deliver timely financial reporting and support sales profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounting for all vehicle sales streams, ensure compliant revenue recognition. Review sales and promotion documents. Manage accounting for incentives, subsidies and warranty; perform sales-related accruals and adjustments.
• Oversee dealer accounts receivable, monitor credit limits, collection and ageing. Complete AR reconciliation, work with sales team to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Process payables for marketing agencies, campaign vendors, dealer support and sales-related service providers. Validate invoices and supporting documents, perform month-end closing and AP reconciliation. Ensure VAT and withholding tax compliance and support internal & external audits.
• Monitor sales-marketing expenses. Maintain provisions for incentives, marketing activities and warranty. Conduct budget-vs-actual variance analysis.
• Prepare P&L reports for the sales business, analyse revenue and gross margin. Compile financial materials for management and group headquarters.
• Maintain tax compliance for sales transactions. Improve Order-to-Cash internal controls, identify financial risks from discounts and dealer arrangements, align processes with ERP systems and meet audit requirements.
• Manage the sales accounting sub-team. Cooperate with business departments and overseas group headquarters, drive process standardisation initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting / Finance. Professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5-years finance & accounting experience. Background in sales accounting, dealer accounting or automotive industry required. MNC / new-energy automotive experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards, revenue recognition and taxation rules. Proficient in ERP (SAP preferred). Strong data analysis, stakeholder communication and attention to detail.
• Fluent Thai; good English for reporting and presentation. Mandarin is advantageous.
