Accounting Manager/Controller

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting and Staffing is searching for an Accounting Manager for our client, a services organization in Marietta, GA.

Length: 2-3 months

Location: on site 4-5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of small accounting team
• Month/Quarter-end close activities
• Coordination for General ledger processes and corporate office consolidations
• Hands-on GL activities as needed (reconciliations, journal entries, etc)
• Support for escalated issues

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years as a manager or supervisor
• Strong Excel experience
• Ability to run close and coordinate amongst a small team
