ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารเจ้าหนี้การค้า (Accounts Payable) ได้แก่ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบสำคัญจ่าย
ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงินค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร และช่วยดำเนินการธุรกรรมทางธนาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
จัดเตรียมเอกสารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
จัดพิมพ์ จัดเก็บ และดูแลรักษาเอกสารด้านบัญชีและการเงินให้เป็นระบบ
ประสานงานการส่งและรับเอกสารกับหน่วยงานภายใน บุคคลภายนอก และพนักงานรับส่งเอกสาร
ปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีและงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
