ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and review daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist in general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing needed documents.
• Help monitor accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Experience in Accounting or Finance roles preferred.
• Minimum of Two (2) or Three (3) years experience in food industry accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
