Accounting Officer

Job Descriptions:

·        Handle full set of accounts. prepare year-end breakdowns and reconciliations;

·        Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable;

·        Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, management reports;

·        Assist in external audits, tax filings, and prepare necessary supporting schedules;

·        Assist in the preparation of quotations, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses;

·        Provide administrative support in accounts department;

·        Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

·        LCCI qualifications /Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

·        6+ years of relevant experience

·       Experience in handle full set of accounts and year-end closing

·        Knowledge in Account Software – Sage 50 Accounting will be an advantage

·        Good command in spoken and written of English and Chinese

·        Self-motivated, self-discipline , good interpersonal communication skills

·        Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing
