Accounting Officer

1. Perform bank transfers accurately and on time.

2. Maintain good relationships with each Bank Manager.

3. Request or download daily bank statements and report the balances to the Finance Manager on a monthly basis.

4. Reconcile the company’s bank statements on a timely basis.

5. Issue invoices/receipts according to the company’s requirements.

6. Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

7. Prepare monthly analysis of the balance sheet in the accounting system.

8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

9. Manage and maintain the general ledger, development costs, and cost write-offs.

10. Assist with the audit process conducted by external auditors.

11. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.

12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
