Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end closing and help prepare monthly management reports related to payables.
• Process regular and ad-hoc payment transactions, including verification of payment journal entries and inter-account transfers.
• Perform invoice verification and payment processing for Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
• Support daily accounting operations such as invoice receipt/filing and vendor maintenance.
• Assist with the annual statutory audit by preparing schedules and providing supporting documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above, with Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI (Intermediate or above)
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Hands-on PC knowledge of MS Word / Excel and accounting software;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Positive and proactive attitude;
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
