MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records of the automotive business, monitoring and analyzing sales, inventory, and operational costs, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting management through timely and reliable financial reporting. The role will also assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable, inventory transactions, and other accounting activities to ensure accurate records and smooth day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in automotive industry is an advantage; experience in handling inventory and cost accounting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting; cost accounting and inventory management; tax compliance and regulatory requirements; familiarity with basic HR functions (timekeeping, payroll support, employee records management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good communication skills
• Insurance-related experience
• Financial statement preparation
• Knowledgable in general accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), purchasing, and payroll

• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• **Working Hours:**45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
