จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบสำคัญรับ ใบกำกับภาษี และเอกสารประกอบต่าง ๆ
บันทึกรายการบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ และบัญชีทั่วไป
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและรายการบันทึกบัญชี
จัดทำและกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร รวมถึงบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารสำหรับการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและประจำปี
จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลสำหรับการยื่นภาษี เช่น VAT และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระบบและสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน ลูกค้า และคู่ค้าในเรื่องเอกสารทางบัญชี
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบัญชีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
